Where on the island are the activities offered?
The ROCKID Team assesses the location of the activities according to weather conditions, wind and the state of the water. In any case, we assure you that we visit the most spectacular, secluded areas, beautiful coves and beaches on the island, so that you can enjoy the best. For the routes that we practice on land (ebikes and hiking) we choose the route depending on your skills and as such, we have many options to choose from, as there are so many varieties all over the island.
Can I choose the location of my activity?
You can tell us what you would like to do and where you would like to go. However, because our ROCKID guides work with safety first. We suggest that you let yourself be guided by us, we will make sure that you have an unforgettable experience. Trust us. We know what we do.
Do I need to find my own transport or do you come to pick us up?
We will pick you up wherever you are and take you back! Our team picks you up at your hotel or apartment, for free. However, if you insist on doing your activity at a different location from the one we have suggested, then, depending on distance and time, it is possible that the pick up service is charged at an additional fee. Please check with the ROCKID Reservations Team.
When do you confirm the place where the activity takes place?
Our reservation team and guides contact you the days before the activity takes place. If for weather reasons there is any change, we notify you.
At what times of the day do you offer your activities? Can I choose the schedule?
Our activities are available from 9am. Depending on the activity they have one schedule or another.. For example in earlier mornings in summer it’s less hot outside. We consider the type of adventure and which gear and accessories we use. Our team always keeps you informed!
If we have never done the sport offered in the activity, will there be an explanation?
Of course! Our ROCKID Guides give you a thorough briefing and explanation before the experience and they adapt according to your physical form and skills.
Who should not do ROCKID activities?
It all depends on the activity. In general, it is not recommended for pregnant women or for people with heart problems. If you have any questions about whether you can do any of our experiences, do not hesitate to contact the ROCKID Reservations Team.
How many people at least can do the activity?
Any number, however, the minimum price includes 2 people.
How many people at most can do the activity?
We cater for any group size. But our transport service is up to 6, maybe 8 pax. Depending on the activity and the amount of gear we need to bring.
What kind of snacks and drinks are included in the activity?
Water, juices, soft drinks. Nuts, chips + seasonal fruit on request. If you have any type of intolerance, let us know when making the reservation.
Are GoPro videos included in the price?
Yes, the raw united videos filmed with the GoPro are sent to you, free of charge, if you wish for an edited video, or a person to come and film especially. There is an additional cost.. If you want an edited and professional video of your experience, comment it at the time of booking. Our video team is happy to give you price and availability.
Can you send me photos of the activity?
Of course! Our team takes photos of you and your group while you do the activity and we will send them to you in a few days by mail. If you want an edited and professional report of your day, please let us know at the time of booking. Our team is happy to give you a quote.
How many hours does the activity go for?
The duration of our experiences is usually 2 to 3 hours, but it always depends on the activity, and any extras you have selected.
If you want to extend your experience for your family or high-level groups, ask our reservations team.
If necessary, do you provide me with a wetsuit?
Always! All the necessary equipment to carry out the activities are included in the price.
Is the activity material properly sanitized?
All our material is cleaned and disinfected according to the law for protection against Covid and other diseases.
What is the minimum age to carry out the activity?
The minimum age is 8 years, but it all depends on the height and ability of the child. Check with our reservations team, we are here to help you!
Do you have to know how to swim?
It is essential to know how to swim to carry out any aquatic activity.
If the weather is bad, is the activity canceled?
Yes, our activities depend 100% on the weather conditions and the state of the water and wind. The activity is canceled and the advance notice depends on the weather predictions and chances in weather which we monitor in advance.
Do I get my money back if I can’t do the activity for any reason?
If you cancel within 2 days before the start of the activity you receive a full refund, if less than the 2 days we offer a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, we do not provide a refund.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, all our activities have the necessary insurances by law.
